Devlog
The build, as it actually happened -- including the parts that broke.
Tear it down before the bell
A mass budget that refunds whole, a scoring rule that only survives because donation isn't built yet, and a clock that hides itself until the last five minutes are the only thing left.
Four things that passed and shouldn't have
A screenshot check that passed on a black frame, a fix for it that only tested the case it had just fixed, a test that proved something the game forbids, and a decision record asserting a fact nobody had run. All from one sprint.
M0.3 — the first verb (in progress)
Terrain, four block types and a flow-graph analyser that computes rates instead of simulating items — plus a grammar violation that hid behind a bug that made it unplayable.
M0.2 — five avatars, one world
Five avatars replicating over a real wss:// connection to a deployed server — and the TLS bug that only production could catch.
M0.1 — the pipe is open
Four crates, a headless server, and two clients that can finally talk to each other. No gameplay yet — that was the point.
